01—The brief
Harbor wanted a report that felt as considered as their buildings, in print for the AGM and as a PDF for everyone else, with six weeks to do it.
02—What we did
An editorial grid with a lot of white space, data graphics drawn for every section, and one set of files that produced both a print edition with correct bleed and a hyperlinked screen version.
03—What happened
Delivered a week early. It has since become the reference for every other piece of Harbor collateral, which was not the brief but is the useful outcome.
