A few things to know before you write to us.

Story first, then design.
We will not make a confused argument look polished. If the order of your slides is wrong, we fix that before we open the design file.

You talk to the person doing the work.
No account managers relaying notes. The designer on your project is on the call and on the email thread.

First draft in 48 hours for decks.
Longer for websites, brands and video, and we will tell you exactly how long before we start. If we cannot hit a date, we say so instead of taking the job.

Revisions are not a counter.
We revise until it is right. Nobody is watching a meter. If a project goes badly off scope we will have an honest conversation about it, which has happened twice.

You get the source files.
Editable, in the software your team uses, with a template. We would rather you never need us for the same thing twice.

We stay small on purpose.
A handful of designers, a story consultant and a developer. It means we say no to some work, and yes to the work we take on properly.
We sent them a mess on a Monday and had a deck we were proud of by Friday. It closed the round. I do not know how to say it more plainly than that.
What does it cost?
It depends on the job, and we would rather quote properly than publish a number that turns out to be wrong for you. Send a brief and you will have a fixed quote within a business day. Nothing starts until you have agreed it.
How fast can you turn around a deck?
A first draft of most decks in 48 hours. A 20-slide investor deck from a rough draft usually takes three to five working days including revisions. Websites and brand identities take weeks, not days, and we will tell you how many.
Do we have to sign up for anything ongoing?
No. Most clients start with a single deck or brochure. Some come back monthly for social and ongoing design work, and we offer an arrangement for that, but it is never a condition.
Can you work in our brand?
Yes, and we would prefer to. Send your guidelines, or a few examples if there are no guidelines. If the brand itself is the problem, we will say so gently.
Where are you and what hours do you keep?
Mumbai. We are online Monday to Friday, 10:00 to 19:00 IST, and we answer email the same day. That timing works well for clients in Europe and the Middle East, and for evening briefs from the US.
