01—The brief
Each new development needed its own landing page, and each was being built from scratch by an agency on agency timelines.
02—What we did
A launch template in Webflow driven by CMS fields for property data, gallery, floor plans, enquiry form and map. We trained the two marketers to duplicate and fill it.
03—What happened
Six launches shipped in the first quarter without a developer involved. The agency retainer was cancelled, which we were told about later.
